When will my website be completed?
Before a web project is started, a contract is sign in which the date of completion is specified. It also lists conditions which could delay the completion date. Itï¿½s important to note the importance of providing us all the necessarily documents, files, pictures, etcï¿½ for the website in a timely manner. Any delay in providing these information can result the completion date being pushed back.
Can I view my webiste while it's being developed?
After most of the user interface(menu, graphics, etcï¿½) has been finalized pieces of the website will become available for private viewing as they are developed. At this point changes can still be made to the website. The type of changes that can be made at this point will the depend on the website package that was selected
Why am I being billed a full hour to have a single word changed on my website?
The minimum billable time for the DexTechnologies Group is one hour. So if a certain modification to your website takes 15 minutes, you will still be billed for the full hour. To maximize the use of the full hour we recommend that minor updates should me delayed until there are significant amount of changes.
Do you provide the text and images for my website.
In most cases the client supplies all text and photograph. However we do offer creative writing, photography and artwork design services.

What's the difference between a Freeflow Theme and a Custom Theme website?
A Freeflow website is designed from scratch from the ground up. Every aspect of this type website is based directly on clients input. A Freeflow website offers the maximum flexibility in terms of visual experience. A Custom Theme website allows clients to choose from a variety of web themes and then customized it to their needs. These type of websites offer an economical way of creating a website without having to go through the entire process designing every single aspect of the website. New themes are added every month to our Custom Theme catalog.
Can I have music and video on my site?
Yes, but you must own a license that covers playing it on the internet. We license music that artist working with the DexTechnologies Group have creating and also create custom music if needed.
Can I have credit-card purchases on my webiste?
Yes. We use the PayPal system to handle all of the credit card transactions.
Do you promote my website?
Yes, but only through the advertising services that we offer. We also offer advise on advertising your website free of charge.
Can you take custom photographs for my site?
Yes. We can go on location to take shots of your store, products, etcï¿½ Expense will include transportation cost and transit time cost. See our price guide for detail.
